Babka Bookstore Textbook Lending Policy
- Textbooks eligible for the Free Lending Program are the property of the University of Dubuque Babka Bookstore. It is your responsibility to return your textbook(s) in acceptable condition by the due date of the term in use.
- Loaned book(s) not returned to the Babka Bookstore by the due date or in unacceptable condition are considered lost and you are responsible for the replacement cost for all books not returned or damaged. Your student account will be charged the full new list price plus a $5.00 late fee for each unreturned title regardless of the condition when you initially rented it.
- Loaned textbooks may be returned at any time before the deadline.
